INFORMATION ON CYCLONIC STORM:
The cyclonic storm ‘PABUK’ lay centered over south China Sea & adjoining Gulf of Thailand in early morning of today, the 04th January 2019. It is very likely to move westnorthwestwards and emerge into Andaman Sea around the forenoon of 05th January 2019. Thereafter, it is very likely to move northwestwards and cross Andaman Islands around evening/night of 06th January. Thereafter, it is very likely to move north northwestwards and then recurve northeastwards towards Myanmar coast and weaken further during 7th8th January.

Day 1(04-01-2019):
Squally winds speed reaching 40-50 Kmph gusting to 60 Kmph very likely over Andaman Sea along & off south Myanmar & Thailand coast. Sea condition is likely to be rough to very rough over these areas.
Fishermen are advised not to venture into these areas.
Day 2(05-01-2019): Squally winds speed reaching 55-65 Kmph gusting to 75 Kmph likely over Andaman Sea and neighbourhood. Sea condition is likely to be rough to very rough over these areas.

Day 3(06-01-2019): Squally winds speed reaching 55-65 Kmph gusting to 75 Kmph likely over Andaman Islands, Andaman Sea and adjoining areas of Eastcentral & southeast Bay of Bengal. Sea condition is likely to be rough to very rough over these areas.
