State Disaster Response Force
Established as per GO (Ms) No. 262/2012/Home dated 17-10-2012 and GO (Rt) No. 2421/2013/Home dated 31-08-2013
- The SDRF is stationed at Pandikkad, Malappuram district
- The total strength of the force is 100. This force is under the Additional Chief Secretary, Home as Member to KSDMA and is commanded by a Superintendent of Police. The members of the force are deployed in Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Thrissur and Kannur ranges of the Police.The members of the force are trained by National Disaster Response Force.
