ജനകീയം ഈ അതിജീവനം – നമ്മൾ നമുക്കായി - Kerala State Disaster Management Authority

കേരളത്തിലെ കാസർഗോഡ് ഒഴികെ ഉള്ള, 13 ജില്ലകളിൽ ഇന്ന് (20-7-2019) ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർമാർ 2018ലെ പ്രളയത്തിൽ അതാത് ജില്ലാകളിലും, സംസ്‌ഥാനത്തും നടത്തിയ പ്രവർത്തനം പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് മുന്നിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. നമ്മൾ നമുക്കായി ചെയ്ത ഈ ജനകീയമായ അതിജീവനം എത്ര വിപുലവും, മനുഷ്യ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ ഏതെല്ലാം മേഖലയിൽ സ്പർശിക്കുന്നു എന്നതും സമൂഹത്തെ അറിയിക്കുന്ന ഔദ്യോഗിക വേദിയാണ്. ഇത്തരത്തിൽ ഒരു അക്കൗണ്ടബിലിറ്റി സ്റ്റേറ്റ്മെന്റ് നടത്തുന്നത് രാജ്യത്ത് ആദ്യമായി ആണ്.

പൊതു സമൂഹത്തോട് നമ്മൾ ഒരുമിച്ച ചെയ്ത് പ്രവത്തികൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ സമയബന്ധിതമായി അവതരിപ്പിക്കും. കൂടുതൽ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ ഉള്ള എല്ലാ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളും കേൾക്കും. മനുഷ്യ സാധ്യമായവ നടത്തും. ആരെയും വിട്ടുപോകരുത് എന്നതാണ് ദുരന്ത നിവാരണത്തിലെ പ്രധാന സൂക്തവാക്യം.

Transparency and accountability statement of Kerala Floods 2018 Response and Reconstruction till date, by District Collectors in public meetings organised in 13 out of 14 districts of Kerala – Govt of Kerala & KSDMA organised a public transparency and accountability statement meet in 13 out of 14 districts in the same time, in a fixed format today (20-7-2019). The programme was titled Janakeeyam Ee Athijeevanam – Nammal Namukkayi (Participatory Resurgence – We for Ourselves). District Collectors presented the status report including financial statement before general public and peoples representatives of the districts. This lays a new bench mark in the country for Disaster Response and Reconstruction accountability. Every week status update is given out in public domain. Affected can trace their appeals if any in public domain.
