Ozhalappathy in Vadakarapathy panchayath of Palakkad district is Kerala’s most perennially drought prone. KSEOC supported Centre for Earth Science Studies in creating a model subsurface dyke in the temple pond of Mariyamman Kovil of Ozhalappathy.
